How can I send invoices to my customers?

You have several options. You can download your invoices onto your computer and then email, print or post them in whatever form you want, or you can email them in PDF format from your 1Click Invoice account directly to your customers.

Is 1Click Invoice secure and my data safe?

All accounts are protected with a 256-bit SSL encryption, so all informations communicated between your browser and 1Click Invoice are protected from third parties. This is the same level of security used by online banks. We also create a daily backups.

Do I need to give my credit card details when signing up for 1Click Invoice?

No, you don't need to give your credit card details. If you decide to subscribe to Basic, Standard or Pro plan, then you have to give your credit card details or you can pay using your PayPal account.

What are the payment options?

You can subscribe using any major credit or debit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express...) or your PayPal account.

Can I switch subscription plans?

Yes, you can switch to any plan you need at any time. Just cancel your current subscription and then subscribe to another plan.

Can I cancel my account?

If at any time you are not satisfied with our service, you can cancel your account. All of your content will be immediately deleted from the service upon your cancellation.

Will my data stay when I switch plans?

Yes. If you decide to switch plans, the data stays safely on your account. Your data will be deleted only if you cancel your account by clicking on "Cancel my account".

Do you plan to add more features and invoice templates?

Yes! We constantly add new features, options, templates etc. By the end of the year we will add 2 or 3 new invoice templates.
